These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Remy platform, operated by Parsenn Advisers GmbH ("Provider"), by registered users ("Customer"). By registering, the Customer accepts these Terms.
Remy is a web-based deal-sourcing platform for M&A advisers and investors. The platform analyses public data (ZEFIX, SHAB) and generates a proprietary succession score for Swiss SMEs. The platform offers, among other things:

All prices in CHF, excluding VAT. The Provider reserves the right to adjust prices with 30 days' notice by email.
During the beta phase, the platform is made available to test users free of charge or at preferential terms. Beta users agree to provide feedback and report any issues. The Provider reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features during the beta phase. Beta users have no entitlement to continuation of beta terms after the beta phase ends.
Subscriptions run on a monthly basis and renew automatically. Cancellation is possible at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period. No refunds are made for amounts already paid.
The Provider may terminate the contractual relationship with immediate effect if the Customer breaches these Terms.
The Customer agrees to use the platform for lawful purposes only. The following are expressly prohibited:
The platform processes publicly available data from ZEFIX and SHAB. The Provider strives for accuracy and timeliness but provides no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or currency of the data displayed.
The succession score is an algorithmically derived indicator and does not constitute investment, legal, or acquisition advice. Investment and acquisition decisions are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The Provider's liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for simple negligence is limited to the subscription amount paid by the Customer in the relevant month.
All rights in the Remy platform, including the scoring algorithm, software, design, and trademarks, are held by Parsenn Advisers GmbH. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer at least 30 days before they take effect by email. If the Customer does not object within 30 days, the new Terms are deemed accepted.
These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Chur, Canton of Graubünden, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions specify another place of jurisdiction.
